This workshop will empower educators with effective strategies that support students from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds in adapting to student-centered learning environments. Participants will explore the principles of gradual exposure and participate in engaging discussions and collaborative planning activities, focusing on nurturing students’ collaborative skills and amplifying their voices in the learning process. By the end of the workshop, educators will have developed actionable lesson plans that promote inclusivity, foster critical thinking, and enhance effective communication.
