During this session we will examine the ways to utilize different data sets to inform literacy instruction for multilingual learners in connection with the Science of Reading. We will look at ISB Science of Reading journey, ways to utilize data to inform instruction, and differentiate EAL literacy support. We will introduce a practical tool designed to guide teachers in tailoring instruction for multilingual learners, plus an AI companion tool that streamlines instructional decisions. Attendees will leave with actionable strategies to differentiate literacy practices in multilingual classrooms.
