In this presentation, we will explore the concept of peak moments in the English as an Additional Language (EAL) classroom. Participants will learn practical strategies for creating impactful learning experiences that activate thinking, support academic language acquisition, and enhance cultural awareness. The session will cover interactive activities, language acquisition techniques, and reflective practices that encourage student participation and enhance learning. Attendees will gain insights to enhance their teaching effectiveness and create a supportive environment for EAL learners, while creating a learning environment that is both positive and playful, as well as challenging and practical.
